Product Guarantees and Warranties: Scan Home offers a one-year warranty from the date of sale on everything we sell unless an exception is noted. Scan Home will repair or replace (at our choice) any product that is defective during that time frame, normal wear and tear not included.

Special Orders and Items Purchased Against Incoming Stock: Every effort is made at the time of sale to give each customer an accurate assessment of when their furniture is expected to arrive. However, because many variables are beyond our control, these are just estimated dates. Please ask if you have questions, and try to understand that it is our goal as well to order, receive and deliver your merchandise absolutely as soon as possible.

Shipping and Delivery: We deliver and assemble your furniture (at your choice) throughout southcentral Anchorage and from Big Lake to Girdwood. For destinations beyond our delivery area we ship with common carriers either by truck or air. Or of course you’re free to take your merchandise with you if that’s what you’d prefer.

Delivery and Assembly Charges: Current delivery charges are $100 in Anchorage and Eagle River; $175 to the Valley or Girdwood; and $200 to Big Lake or Houston. If you are buying unassembled items and you would like us to assemble them for you the delivery fees include assembly of the first three items. Each additional item costs an extra $30 to assemble. Wallbeds and other products that require wall-mounting or other unusual assembly have additional fees.

Financing: Scan Home offers one-year same-as-cash financing 365 days of the year. This means that you owe no interest if you pay off your purchase within a year from the date of purchase. If you do not pay it off within that time the charge rolls forward with interest accruing on it going all the way back to your date of purchase.

Crypton Protection: Scan Home offers Crypton protection through Guardian on everything we sell. This is a warranty plan against accidental spills, drops, rips or tears for five years. This protection will give you peace of mind as you use your new furniture the way it was intended to be used – without worry – in your home. See a sales consultant for more details.
